Ingrediants:
 1 refrigerated ready-to-bake pie crust (Pillsbury brand preferred)

 ¾ teaspoon Don Enrique Mild Hatch Chili Powder

 6 Lacinato kale leaves, washed, rib removed and sliced into ribbons (chiffonade cut)

 3 ounces roasted hatch chiles chopped

 ¾ teaspoon Don Enrique Mild Hatch Chili Powder

 ½ cup light sour cream (Daisy brand preferred)

 ¼ cup half and half

 2 garlic cloves, pressed

 1 shallot, finely minced

 4 eggs

 ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

 ¼ cup milk
Method of Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 375F degrees.unroll it and place in a plate.crimp the edges and place in the refrigirator.Microwave the kale for 2 minutes.drain it and keep it aside.take the2 cup measuring cup and pour half the milk.add chilli powder,salt,garlic,sour cream,eggs.mix well.from the refrigirator remove pie shell and put a layer of cheese,shallot,kale and chiles and again put the cheese layer.in that pour egg milk mixture over it and bake it for 45 minutes.remove it and cook for 20 minutes.cut into pieces and serve it.
